CWT Account Management - Pro-active
Customer Service
As the customer's personal consultant, the CWT Account Manager
continually coordinates the cooperation between Carlson Wagonlit
Travel and the customer's travel management. After a thorough
need analysis, the account manager develops an optimised strategy
for the customer's travel spend management, including all necessary
measures for its implementation.
For this purpose, Carlson Wagonlit Travel uses a professional
knowledge management tool (CWT Knowlex). In international project
groups and regular group meetings account managers gather know-how
on all subjects of business travel and make the results available
to colleagues through an internet-based communication tool.
CWT Mobility Group - Outsourced Travel Management
With CWT Mobility Group, CWT provides possibilities for sustainable
cost reduction to its clients. If a customer has handled travel
management on his own or doesn't have one at all a CWT MobilityManager
re-organises and optimises it or creates it from scratch. The
CWT Mobility Group points out cost reduction plans and makes a
company's travel management profitable by using CWT's expertise
and market profile. Integrating services of the CWT Solutions
Group opens up further cost reduction possibilities.
The main tasks of the CWT Mobility Group include cost and process
optimisation, development of negotiation strategies with suppliers,
analyses and evaluations, benchmarking, customer relationship
management and settlement.
CWT Solutions Group - Management Consulting
This wholly-owned subsidiary of CWT, with headquarters in Frankfurt,
Paris, London and Minneapolis advises customers on all processes
beyond typical account management. This includes, for example,
the development of concepts for optimisation of sourcing, designing
and implementing online booking tools or systems clearing travel
expense statements and re-designing existing procedures.
