The area of
Meetings and Events was the focus of our last CWT keeps you informed. We wanted to know whether your company
accounts for the costs in this area separately in a dedicated cost center –
and this is how you answered: - Yes: 30%
- Not yet, but we plan to do so within the next year: 10%
- No: 60%
These results make one thing perfectly clear: there is still plenty of untapped potential here, because by optimizing meeting management – including as a first step accounting for expenditures in a separate, dedicated cost center – companies can save 10 to 25 percent of direct costs.
