They often take more time than the actual journey and can be quite tricky since travelers have to wait until arrival to get their bearings: we’re talking here about transfer rides from the train station or airport to the traveler’s final destination. In the last CWT Traveler Trendbarometer we asked how you handle this stage of your journey. One out of four travelers responded that they prefer to know the costs in advance and therefore book an organized transfer ride before setting off on a business trip. Half of CWT Traveler readers on the other hand decide spontaneously once they arrive whether to take public transport or a taxi – even if they don’t know exactly what the ride will cost. The remaining 25% aim for mobility and flexibility, renting a car for the last leg of their journey.
In our new CWT Traveler Trendbarometer we take a look at the area of Meetings and Events – and specifically at the costs they entail. We would like to ask you:
Do you account for the costs of Meetings and Events separately in a dedicated cost center?
