Europe than we do. By the way, “På tiden” means “on
time” in Swedish, as in, if landing on time is important for you, welcome
on board Europe´s most punctual airline! Source: Flightstats.com
2009
SAS - the leading airline group in Northern Europe
In 2009, 25 million passengers flew with the SAS Group to over 130 destinations.
The fleet consists of 148 aircraft, including our latest addition, the Bombardier NextGen CRJ900, which provides greater comfort to passengers while also conserving fuel and reducing noise pollution.
The network
SAS serves more than 60 destinations within Scandinavia and around 110 destinations in Europe.
Intercontinental destinations: New York, Chicago, Washington, Dubai, Bangkok, Beijing and Tokyo.
From Geneva SAS offers non-stop services to Copenhagen and Stockholm.
From Zurich SAS operates non-stop to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki (operated by Blue1).
Thanks to our main hubs Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm we can offer our customers excellent connections within and beyond Scandinavia. We also offer convenient connections to Helsinki, Tampere, Vaasa, Kuopio, Oulu and Lapland with our wholly owned Finnish subsidary Blue1.
