SAS - the leading airline group in Northern Europe
In 2008 29 million passengers flew with SAS to over 150 destinations.
The fleet consists of 149 aircraft, including the new model, the NextGen CRJ900,
which provides greater comfort to passengers while also conserving fuel and
reducing noise pollution.
The network
SAS serves more than 60 destinations within Scandinavia and around 110 destinations
in Europe.
Intercontinental destinations: New York, Chicago, Washington, Bangkok, Beijing
and Tokyo.
From Geneva SAS offers non-stop services to Copenhagen and Stockholm.
From Zurich SAS operates non-stop to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki
(KF operated).
Scandinavian Airlines has hubs at Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. As a result we can offer our customers good connections within and beyond Scandinavia.
We also offer convenient connections to Helsinki, Tampere, Vaasa, Kuopio, Oulu and Lapland together with our Finnish airline “Blue1”.

With the SAS Business Sleeper, we guarantee you one of the best travel experiences in the sky. It provides you with plenty of personal living space and superior comfort, whether you want to work, relax, sleep or be entertained. Enjoy a 52cm/20’’ wide seat and 200cm/79’’ of living space. Fully- reclined, the seats turns into a long bed with a built-in massage function and clever storage for laptops and other items.
Economy Extra provides a range of business benefits at
a reasonable price and enables you full freedom if you need to change your plans.
You may check in at the Business counter and use Fast Track through Security
in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and other selected airports.
On our long-haul routes, we offer a separate cabin, wider seats, audio/video
on demand and a great selection of food.
For high quality at a low price, simply choose Economy! We are the only Northern European airline that offers personal video screens and ergonomically designed seats in Economy on long-haul routes.

Scandinavian Airlines- The most punctual airline in Europe!
“Take Off”, an aviation trade magazine declared SAS Europe’s
most punctual scheduled airline in the past six months, relying on a report
from the Association of European Airlines (AEA).
Check-in via mobile phone (valid out of Geneva)
Did you know that you can check-in via your mobile on SAS
flights? 22 hours before departure you will receive an SMS. You can check-in either by replying “YES”
to the SMS or by calling the voice-check-in service. A confirmation will be sent together with
your seat number. Your boarding pass can be picked up at the automatic ticket machines, SAS check-in or airport ticket counter.
Check-in via e-mail and web check-in
Online web check-in is now also available in Zurich and Geneva. When the check-in e-mail is received, you proceed via the link or over our web page www.flysas.ch to SAS Internet Check-in. Print your own boarding pass and proceed directly to the gate.
All our flights are open for internet check-in 22 hours before departure.
EuroBonus SAS’ Frequent flyer Program
The more you fly, the more you earn – that’s
the aim of EuroBonus.
The whole family can join (no age limit). Every time you fly, you will earn
points for award trips and special offers.
As a Gold member, lounge access, waiting list priority and extra baggage
allowance are also part of the attractive benefits.
When flying Business class you earn 200% EuroBonus points, in Economy Extra you will receive 150% EuroBonus points.
New SAS EuroBonus webshop
Nearly 300 products and experiences, ranging from traditional Scandinavian design, electronics, magazine subscriptions, travel accessories and kids toys are available in our webshop. Unique to the SAS offering is that it also includes experiences (including a suborbital space flight), donations (amongst others to SAS’s long-standing partner Save the Children) and auctions, where EuroBonus members can bid against each other. All proceedings from the introduction auction go directly to Save the Children.
